They have won awards in Australia and around the world and have been translated into twenty-eight languages. In her Bronze Age adventure novel Cuckoo’s Flight, Wendy uses verse and prose alike to build Clio’s world and tell her story. Join us in conversation with Wendy as we talk about Cuckoo’s Flight, about writing poetry for young people, and ways we can stop being intimidated by poetry and learn to love and use it instead.
