Live webinar with Dr Lynde Tan
Teacher knowledge: Augmented Reality and Multimodal Literacies. How can we ensure that literacy instruction responds to emerging technological advancements and evolving digital literacy practices? It’s critical that teachers are developing key competencies to create students who are critical, imaginative, effective and confident digital citizens. Plus, while print texts remain valuable and dominant in current classroom practices, text requirements in language curricula are expanding to incorporate digital texts like augmented reality (AR). In this presentation, learn how  Australian primary school teachers are using augmented reality (AR) to teach multimodal literacies in the classroom – and how you can bring AR experiences into the literacy block.
