What is the course about?

This course will be presented by Stephanie Salazar, an award-winning Instructional Leadership Coach. Elevate your instructional leadership in this full day devoted to interactive and transformative learning.

The workshop draws upon the coaching frameworks of Sir John Whitmore, Elena Aguilar and Jim Knight emphasising reflective practice and empowering teachers through empathy, curiosity, skillful questioning, and active listening.
